In order to pass, diligently read the course notes and do the Self-Check Questions would enforce the learning and understanding which is useful to reason out those tricky questions.

Thou, I did not pass my paper 1, i did not give up. And i remember Douglas saying he is always there to help people who help themselves. So i attended his revision course before re-sitting for my paper 1. I passed after my second attempt!

As a foreigner just has been here for 3 months with two young kids, I cannot believe I pass it at first attempt! Thank you all for your information course! extra personal training and prompt reply for all my enquiries! Without Pioneer I cannot pass it. The exam is much more difficult than I thought, I think understanding all the training notes is more important, and the online i-learning is very helpful for understanding! Thank you very much! We sat through the same course and took the same Res exam a very short months later. We were pleasantly surprised to have passed the 2 papers on our 1st try. I think this speaks volumes of the kind of system that pioneertraining has in place to help just about anyone to succeed, including people who meet the minimum educational requirement, like us. Pioneertraining has a team of dedicated trainers and an online training programme that truly works. All you have to do is add your hard work to the recipe, and success should simply come along. Our thoughts should dispel rumours that Res exam is exquisitely difficult and that only people with X factors can pass. Not true ! Harry Won Tae Yun - 28 Feb 2012 Batch 03/11 Participant I am a Korean who went to other training centre and has failed to pass the RES examination three times prior to signing up with your centre. I must agree that the examination isn’t easy especially for me as English is not my native language. But with the systematic training and online revision that your centre has provided to me, I am very proud to inform you that I have managed to pass at least one paper in my first attempt in December 2011 and pass the other paper in the second attempt in January 2012. I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to your team of professional trainers who has exhibited great patience in teaching and encouraging me during my RES Course with you. I would like to express my appreciation to Pioneer Training Consultancy for the valuable teachings. I have benefitted and learnt tremendously from the course.
First of all, the online learning system has proved to be a very good tool for self-directed learning. It also allows for self-evaluation. The notes are very comprehensive and come with many case studies to allow us to understand the theory better.
Secondly, a learning system will never be good without competent lecturers. One of my lecturers, Douglas, is a very humorous lecturer and he is able to bring life to dry topics such as those involving law issues. The assimilation of the vast content has become manageable. Another lecturer, Benson, is a very detailed and concise lecturer who never fails to bring our attention to minute details. Both lecturers are very engaging and knowledgeable.
I am sure Pioneer Consultancy will continue to benefit the rest of the batches of learners in years to come.

Firstly, I would like to express my profound gratitude and appraisal to your team of professional trainers who has showcased in teaching and guidance during my RES Course.
Indeed, I must say they had been notably friendly and very patience in ensuring that all the students understand the concepts of the Real Estate Industries.
Secondly, I would also like to point out the excellent teaching service that your instructors has provided, namely Mr. Douglas Lee and Mr. Benson Ong. They had been very patience and never failed to put in the extra effort to ensure that we understand during the learning process.
I took great pleasure to sit through their lessons during the past two months and enjoyed very much. I found that their lessons were one of the most engaging that i have ever had the privilege to listen to, and found myself captivated by every word. The amount of the presuasive, they even made used of the multimedia to enhance the learning process for on-line revision which i understand to be first training centre to offer such a service. After my course, i know i am much better informed and i am much more confident.
Last but not least, i will strongly recommend Pioneer Training & Consultancy to anyone who aspired to become a Real Estate Salesperson.
