WHAT IS UTAP?

UTAP (Union Training Assistance Programme) is a training grant given  exclusively to NTUC union members to encourage them to go for skills  upgrading and help to defray their training cost.

With effect from 01 January 2012, NTUC Union Member can claims

•       Up to $500 or 50% of course fee per year whichever is lower

•       Maximum up to $1000 over 3 years

Pioneer’s Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course is listed under Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) Training Grant

Pioneer’s RES Course regular price:           $738.00

NTUC UTAP 50% or max $500 per year:  -$369.00

NTUC Union Member (after UTAP funding 50% off) : $369.00

How do I apply and claim for UTAP?

Step 1:
Submit application via website at http://skillsupgrade.ntuc.org.sg before course starts or no later than 1 year from your course end date.

Step 2:
You will receive a notification stating the UTAP quantum that you are eligible for, upon application approval.

Step 3:
You can submit your claims via http://skillsupgrade.ntuc.org.sg upon course completion. You will need to declare if you have attained at least 75% attendance.

* NTUC union membership start date MUST be before RES course commencement date.
