Enrollment
CEA requires all new entrants into the real estate industry to take a compulsory RES exam preparatory course before taking the respective examinations which can only be conducted by CEA Approved Course Providers.
All successful candidates must apply for registration / licensing with CEA within 24 months of the issuance date of examination certificates.
